The Customer Experience Leadership Institute will provide participants with the knowledge and skills they need to lead the charge on service excellence in their sectors. Learn from faculty from across the University of Virginia and key industry experts! Participants will develop a deep understanding of the structure, process, and culture necessary for a citizen-centric agency and learn about the latest digital and societal trends that are shaping service excellence. Spend time with other leaders from across the public and private sector, as you acquire the tools that help design excellent service experiences across agencies and learn about agile and experimentation mindsets while respecting customer privacy and data security.
Participants who successfully finish the program will be granted with a Certificate of Completion from the University of Virginia.
