Your credit card statement will read "UVA LIBRARY CIRCULATION" for this payment.
We offer a 90 day refund policy. If you were charged for a lost item and return the item before 90 days, we will refund the amount of the item.
Please visit the UVA Library Website for information and policies regarding overdue fines for library materials and payments for lost books.
UVA Students may not use this form. Students must pay their library bills through the Student Information System (SIS).
