Refund Policy
Requests for refunds must be made in writing to the Center for Teaching Excellence (CTE). Credit card refunds are required to be made to the credit card account where the charge originated (not a pay voucher). A full refund will be given if CTE receives your written cancellation at least two weeks prior to the start of the program. A 50% refund will be given if CTE receives your written cancellation with less than two weeks remaining until the start of the program. After the program has begun, no refunds will be given.
