Online Payments for Digitization Orders

Your credit card statement will read "UVA LIBRARY DIGITAL GROUP" for this purchase.

Refund Policy: In cases where the Digital Production Group fails to provide the patron with the products specified in the original order, DPG will re-fill the order at no additional charge, provided that DPG is notified within 90 days of having delivered the order. Correcting these errors requires a review of the originally delivered items, and the patron will be required to destroy any digital copies of the images provided prior to re-delivery.

Sales Tax: The University of Virginia is required to collect sales tax for online sales delivered to the following states: District of Colombia, North Carolina, New Jersey, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Virginia. If you are located in one of these localities your payment total will include the original asking price plus the total of any sales tax owed on the purchase. If you are not located in one of these states you will not have sales tax added to your purchase.

Exemption from Sales Tax: If you represent a tax exempt organization please contact [email protected] to provide a sales tax exemption certificate. Upon reception of a valid exemption certificate, the Library will provide instructions for payment.

In the rare cases where payment for services has been accepted via credit card and the Digital Production Group is not capable of providing some or all of the requested services, DPG will refund the full value of any un-fulfilled service item.
