Student Council's 2020 Spring Activities Fair will be held on Friday, January 24th 11:00am-2:00pm in Newcomb Hall 3rd Floor. Registration Deadline is December 19th, 2019 (spots reserved on a first come first served basis). Each organization may only register for one half-table.
Organizations and departments affiliated with the University are eligible to participate. This includes active CIOs, Special Status and Agency organizations, and groups, student organizations, or departments affiliated with UVA. If you have a question about your organization’s eligibility, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before registering.
Organizations should only submit the application if they are "active" on @UVA. If your organization pays for a table at the Activities Fair and your organization is not active, your table will NOT be reserved and you may not receive a refund for the amount paid.
This site will only accept echecks and credit cards. For more information about these two payment methods see this page: https://fro.vpfinance.virginia.edu/ar-customer.
You will receive a payment confirmation that serves as your registration confirmation for the Fair once the form is completed.
