General Information:
Student Council's 2021 Main Fall Activities Fair will be held on Monday, August 23rd from 11:00am-3:00pm--with a rain date on Sunday, August 29th--at the South Lawn and Amphitheatre, with a possible location expansion coming. The preliminary registration deadline is July 15th, 2021, and registration will be done on a first-come-first-serve basis (barring the exception detailed under “Eligibility”). Before this date, each organization may only register for one half-table.
Eligibility:
Organizations and departments affiliated with the University are eligible to participate. This includes active CIOs, Special Status and Agency organizations, and groups, student organizations, or departments affiliated with UVA. However, CIOs and Special Status and Agency organizations will be given priority over other groups in the unlikely event that there is not enough space to accommodate all organizations looking to register. Refund Policy:
Organizations should only submit the application if they are "active" on @UVA. If your organization pays for a table at the Activities Fair and your organization is not active, your table will NOT be reserved and you may not receive a refund for the amount paid.
Payment:
Registration for the fair costs $20 per half-table. If an organization CANNOT afford to pay this fee, they should instead fill out the fee waiver form, which can be found here: Fall 2021 Main Activities Fair Registration Fee Waiver Form.
